ORDERING FORK AND INVITING BIDS
WHEREAS, public convenience and necessity requires the
construction and improvement of a part of the Sewerage System of
the City of Burlingame; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has by Resolution No. 46-53
adopted plans and specifications therefor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the work of constructi
be commenced forthwith pursuant to the plans and specifications
adopted in Resolution No. 4 6-53 and the"Director of Public Works
is hereby authorized to invite bids to carry out the work in
accordance with the plans and specifications referred to.

I. Herbert K. White, City Clerk, do hereby certify that the
foregoing resolution was introduced and adopted at a regular
meeting of the City Council held on the 6th day of July, 1953, by
the following vote:
