ACCEPTING STREET WORK AS PERFORMED BY
DOUGLASS & "'1OODHOUSE - CONTRACT DICS 51 - 58
INCLUSIVE
VVFHEREAS, the Director of Public '_'`forks has informed the City
Council that Contractor Douglass & Woodhouse has satisfactorily
completed the work of resurfacing portions of Dwight Road,
Bellevue Avenue, Park Road, Burlingame Avenue, Howard Avenue,
Ralston Avenue, and Primrose Road, as is provided in Contract
MCS 51 - 58 Inclusive and that the work may be accepted on
August 1, 1953;
NOtd, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND IT IS HEREBY ORDERED,
that the City Council acknowledges that the Contractor has
completed the contract as above referred to and is now entitled
to have notice of completion filed as required by law and that
the Director of Public 'Works is Hereby authorized for and in
behalf of the City Council, to record such notice of completion.
