ACCEPTING THE BID OF E. T. HAAS CO., FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF SEWERAGE SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS
RESOLVED, and it is hereby ordered by the City Council of
the City of Burlingame, that the offer of E. T. Haas Co., for
the construction of Sewerage System Improvements for the sum of
0109,353.45 be, and the same is hereby accepted;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor be and he is hereby
authorized for and in behalf of the City, to enter into and
execute the contract with said E. T. Haas Co., for the purpose
of completing and constructing the Sewerage System Improvements
specifically mentioned in the bid of E. T. Haas Co.

I, Herbert K. White, City Clerk, do hereby certify that the
foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the
City Council held on the 17th day of August, 1953, and adopted
by the following vote:
