ACCEPTING GRANT OF SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT

RESOLVED, AND IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the City of
Burlingame accept from the Pacific Gas and Electric Company,,
a corporation, the grant of easement hereto attached, for the
purpose of installing, constructing and maintaining a sanitary
sewer in the City of Burlingame.

I, Herbert K. White, City Clerk, do hereby certify that
the foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council held on the 5th day of October, 1953, and
adopted thereafter by the following vote:
