GRANTING APPLICATION FOR RESUBDIVISION OF
LOTS 19 AND 20, BLOCK 5, BURLING AME MANOR
WHEREAS, the owner of Lots 19 and 20, Block 5, Burlingame
Manor having made application for a resubdivision of said lots
claimed to have been made necessary by the abandonment of a portion
of Margarita Avenue, and the Planning Commission of the City of
Burlingame having given due consideration of the application, have
recommended that the same be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED, that Lots 19 and
20, Block 5, Burlingame Manor be resubdivided as the same appear or
the map attached hereto and made a part hereof; that the new Lot 1�
shall have a frontage on Alturas Drive of 60.501 having a uniform
depth NEly of 121.234; and the new Lot 20 shall have a frontage of
60.50' on Alturas Drive and the extension thereof, upon the condit-
ion that the applicant shall dedicate and file for record a perman-
ent easement 16t in width from the NEly line of Alturas Drive and
the extension thereof, to Lot 21, Block 5, Burlingame Manor, for
ingress and egress to said Lot 21, and as appurtenant thereto and
also for public utility purposes;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall become ef-
fective upon the filing of said dedication and the map showing the
resubdivision of said lots.

I, Herbert K. White, City Clerk, do hereby certify that the
foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the
City Council held on the 5th day of October, 1953, and adopted
thereafter by the following vote:
