RESOLUTION NO. A1_93
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 70-53 DETERMINING
UNPAID ASSESSMENTS AND PROVIDING FOR ISSU-
ANCE OF BONDS
CHAPIN AVENUE IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT NO. 52-48
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, that Resolution No. 70-53 entitled "Resolution
Determining Unpaid Assessments and Providing for Issuance of
Bonds", be, and it is hereby, amended, as follows:
1. That Section 3 of said Resolution be amended to read
as follows:
I. That the amount of the unpaid assessments is
$46,798.82 and that bonds in the amount of $46,798.82 shall be
issued upon the security of said unpaid assessments in accord-
ance with the provisions of the Refundjng Assessment Bond Act
of 1935 as modified in the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913
and under and pursuant to the provisions of said Resolution of
Intention and the proceedings thereunder duly had and taken;
that said bonds shall be sixty (60) in number, shall be dated
November 22, 1953, and bear interest at the rate of not to ex-
ceed five per cent (50) per annum from November 22, 1953, and
the denomination of said bonds with their respective numbers
and dates of maturity are as shown on Exhibit "B" hereto
attached and made a part hereof by reference."
2. That Exhibit "B" attached to said Resolution No.
70-53 be amended to read as follows:
