RESOLUTION NO. 82-53
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reconsidered and
rescinded its action in approving a tentative map of Millsdale
No. 1 and have so recommended to the City Council that similar
action be taken;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED and ordered that
the action of the City Council in approving the tentative map
of Millsdale No. 1 heretofore submitted by the Atlantic Life
Insurance Company be, and the same is hereby reconsidered and
rescinded.

I, Herbert K. White, City Clerk, do hereby certify that
the foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council held on the 2nd day of November, 1953, and
gdopted thereafter by the following vote:

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
