AUTHORIZING THE CONTINUATION OF
AGREEMENT WITH PENINSULA HUMANE
SOCIETY, DATED NOVEMBER 1, 1952.
RESOLVED, and it is expressly ordered by the City Council
of the City of Burlingame that the contract dated November lst,
1952, entered into with Peninsula Humane Society, a Corporation,
be, and the same is hereby continued, pursuant to all the terms,
conditions and agreements therein contained, for a period of one
year ending October 31st, 1954•
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor be and he is hereby
authorized to execute the memorandum of agreement, above mentioned
U. S. SIMONDS, JR.
MAYOR
I, Herbert K. White, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame,
do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was introduced at
a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 7th day of
December, 1953, and adopted by the following vote:
