ACCEPTING THE OFFER OF THE TROUSDALE CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY TO PAY ONE HALF THE COST OF IMPROVING
CALIFORNIA DRIVE FROM THE NORTHERLY BOUNDARY
OF THE PRESENT CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF
BURLINGAME
WHEREAS, Trousdale Construction Company ;by its written
offer to the City of Burlingame, dated December 9, 1953, has
agreed to pay one half the cost of improving California Drive
extended northerly from the present corporate limits of the
City of Burlingame; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Burlingame is
agreeable to accept such offer;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS hEREBY RESOLVED and ordered that the
offer of the Trousdale Corporation Company above referred to,
and attached hereto be, and the same is hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk forward to
the Trousdale Construction Company a copy of this resolution
accepting its proposal.

I, Herbert K. White, City Clerk, do hereby certify that the
foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the
City Council held on the 21st day of December, 1953, and
adopted thereafter by the following vote:
