ORDERING CONTINUATION OF AGREEMENT 7TITH
ROMEO JOLY, DATED JANUARY 31, 1951
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame
that the contract dated January 31, 1951, made with Romeo Joly,
for the improvement and care of the City Fill near Broadway
be, and the same is hereby continued, pursuant to all of the
terms, conditions, and agreements therein contained, for t'ne
period ending January 31, 1955.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Ititemorandum of Agreement
dated February 15th , 1954, reserving to the City of
Burlingame the right to cancel the said agreement above
referred to, be executed and that the Mayor be and he is
hereby authorized for and on behalf of the City of Burlingame
to execute such agreement.

the foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular meeting
of the City Council held on the 15th day of February, 1954,
and adopted by the following vote:
