ACCEPTING STREET WORK AS PERFORMED BY
LOWRIE PAVING COMPANY - CONTRACT MCS 60 - 64
INCLUSIVE
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has informed the
City Council that Contractor Lowrie Paving Company has satisfact-
orily completed the work of resurfacing portions of Howard Avenue,
Highland Avenue, Park Road, Burlingame Avenue, and California
Drive, as is provided in Contract MCS 60 - 64 Inclusive and that
the work may be accepted on May 28, 1954-
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND IT IS HEREBY ORDERED,
that the City Council acknowledges that the Contractor has com-
pleted the contract as above referred to and is now entitled to
have notice of completion filed as required by law and that the
Director of Public Works is hereby authorized for and in behalf
of the City Council, to record such notice of completion.

City Council held on June 7th, 1954 and adopted thereafter by the
