PROVIDING FOR THE ACCEPTANCE OF THR
WORK OF RESURFACING SECONDARY STREETS
WITHIN CITY OF BURLINGAPE
PORTIONS OF NEWLANDS, CYPRESS, CENTRAL,
CAROL AND EAST CAROL AVENUES
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Burlingame
has reported to the Council that all of the work provided and
ordered in Resolution No. 26-54 has been satisfactorily completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED and ordered that all of
the work as authorized in Resolution No. 26-54 be, and the same
is hereby accepted and that the City Engineer is hereby author-
ized to file a notice of completion.

I, HERBERT K. WHITE, City Clerk, do hereby certify that the
foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the
City Council held on the 21st day of June, 1954, and adopted by
