RESOLUTION NO. 107-63
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SETTLEMENT OF
PARCEL(S)�l(}_.�
PARKING DISTRICT NO. 1
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, that John E Lynch of the law firm of Wilson, Harzfeld,
Jones & Morton, who, along with the City Attorney of the City of
Burlingame, are attorneys of record for the City of Burlingame,
in that certain action entitled CITY OF BURLINGAME vs. BARDET, et
al, Action No. 103119, in the Superior Court of the State of Califor-
nia in and for the County of San Mateo, California, be, and he is,
hereby authorized and directed to accept, in behalf of said City,
the offer to sell, a conformed copy of which is attached hereto, and
by this reference incorporated herein, heretofore submitted by the
owner(s) of Parcel(s) 1G , as more particularly
described in said offer, and to close said transaction in accordance
with the terms and procedure set forth in said offer.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is
authorized and hereby directed to draw his warrant forthwith in the
sum of $$35,9OO.00 , payable to EvelynLts_ Giibarts
and deliver said warrant to said Jchn E. Lynch, 630 North San Mateo
Drive, San Mateo, California.

Gilberts - Parcel 5G, Luddy, et al
Dear Charlie:
There are enclosed the following:
1. Original Offer to Sell Parcel 5G for the price
of $31,000, signed by the owners thereof (Luddy).
2. Original Offer to Sell Parcel 1G for the price
of $35,900, executed by Gilberts.
Both figures are supported by and within the Rochex appraisal.
Your attention is specifically directed to the fact,
however, that with respect to Parcel 1G, the Offer must be
accepted within 45 days of November 4, 1963, and, likewise, that
the Offer must be accepted within 90 days from October 30, 1963,
with respect to Parcel 5G.
There are also enclosed proposed resolutions accepting
these Offers when and if the City decides to acquire these
parcels.
