ACCEPTING DEMOLITION WORK FOR BURLINGAME
AVENUE AREA OFF-STREET PARKING DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, and it does hereby FIND, ORDER, and DETERMINE that:
(1) The City Manager and the Director of Public Works of
said City have certified that the work and improvement done by
HAROLD G. LAVELLE, an individual doing business as LAVELLE
CONSTRUCTION CO., under the terms of his contract with the City
of Burlingame dated .August 28, 1963, has been completed in
accordance with the terms of said contract and in accordance with
the plans and specifications prepared and approved by this Council
therefor and to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works.
(2) Said work and improvement is more particularly described
as The Demolition of Structures Within the Burlingame Avenue
Area Off -Street Parking District.
(3) Said work and improvement be, and the same hereby is,
accepted. ,

the foregoing resolution was introduced and adopted at a regular
meeting of the City Council held on the 4th day of November,
