APPROVING FINAL MAP ENTITLED "MILLS ESTATE
NO 19 BURLINGAME SAN MATEO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA"
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT TO
CONSTRUCT PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
-RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, that:
WHEREAS, the proposed final map entitled 'MILLS ESTATE
NO 19 BURLINGAME SAN MATEO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA" has been recom-
mended for approval by the Planning Commission of said City and
submitted to the City Council thereof, and said map has been
checked and approved by the City Engineer for engineering data
and by the City Attorney with reference to all legal forms and
notes used in affidavits, certificates, endorsements and offers
and acceptance of dedications and the seals required by law and
to the general legal form thereof;
WHEREAS, EICHLER HOMES, INC., a California corporation,
as subdivider thereof, has executed and submitted to said City
Council for execution an agreement in writing by the terms of
which subdivider agrees to construct and install public improve-
ments within the area delineated on said map in the approximate
amount of $ 560,000.00 in accordance with City requirements,
and in a good and workmanlike manner, and under the direction
and to the satisfaction of the City Engineer, as more particu-
larly set forth in said agreement, and to commence work on
Se};teLiter 16, , 1963, and to complete said work
within 365 calendar days thereafter, and the subdivider
has executed and presented with acceptable surety or sureties
a faithful performance bond
in the sum of $

a labor and material bond in
the sum of $

as
security for the performance of said agreement, as required by

Section 1993 of the 1941 Ordinance Code of the City of Burlingame,
and said bonds having been duly approved by the City Attorney of
said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS OP.DERED as follows:
1. That said final map entitled "MILLS ESTATE NO 19
BURLINGAME SAN MATEO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA" as herein above set
forth be, and the same is hereby, approved, and the offers of
dedication thereon set forth be, and the same are hereby accepted,
and the Clerk of said City be, and he is hereby authorized and
directed to endorse thereon over his signature an order of this
Council approving said map and accepting the said offers of dedi-
cation thereon and to affix thereto the corporate seal of the
City of Burlingame.
2. That said agreement and bonds be, and the same are
hereby accepted and approved, and the Mayor of said City be,
and he is hereby authorized and directed to affix thereto the
name of said City over his signature, and the Clerk of said
City is hereby authorized and directed to attest the signature
of said Mayor and affix thereto the corporate seal of said City.
I, Herbert K. White, City Clerk, do hereby certify that
the foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular meeting
of the City Council held on the 1`-'t?'- day of
1963, and adopted thereafter by the following vote:
