AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT
OF EASEMENT
FROM: RYAN & CO., a limited Partnership, MITTEN INVESTMENT,
a general partnership, DAVID R. PEERY, a single man
DATED: June 28, 1963
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, that it does hereby accept that certain grant of
easement dated June 28, 1963, and executed by RYAN & CO., a
limited partnership, MITTEN INVESTMENT. a general partnership,
and DAVID R. PEERY, a single man, and that the same be recorded
in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo,
California.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the City Manager of said City be,
and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute said grant
of easement on behalf of the City of Burlingame and that the
City ClerK attest his signature.

the foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of
