RESOLUTION NO. 33-63
A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS ON SALE OF IMPROVEMENT BONDS
PARKING DISTRICT NO. 1
FIRST SALE -- $300,000
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame, California,
1. The City Clerk of said City be, and he is hereby, directed
to call for bids for the first sale,in the principal amount of $300,OOO,of
improvement bonds to be issued pursuant to Resolution of Intention No.
27-62 adopted by this Council on May 19, 1959, as modified. Said notice
in form to be prepared by Wilson, Harzfeld, Jones & Morton, shall be given
by the Clerk causing copies thereof to be mailed to the various banks and
bond houses interested in the purchase of such bonds at least ten days be-
fore the date of sale of said bonds, which shall be April 15, 1963 at
the hour of 8:00 o'clock P. M.
2. The City will furnish the legal opinion of the law firm of
Wilson, Harzfeld, Jones & Morton, San Mateo, California, unqualifiedly
approving the legality of the proceedings and the issuance of said bonds.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct
copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Burlingame, California, at a meeting thereof held on the
1st day of April 1963 by the following vote:
