ACCEPTING WORK OF CONSTRUCTION OF TEST PIT AT
FIRE STATION NO. 1 - JOB NO. 62-25 SCHEDULE I
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, and it does hereby FIND, ORDER AND DETERMINE that:
1. The City Manager and the Director of Public Works of
said City having certified that the work and improvement done by
DEAN C. BUEHLER, INC., a corporation, under the terms of its
contract with the City of Burlingame dated October 15 , 1962,
has been completed in accordance with the terms of said contract
and in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared and
approved by this Council therefor and to the satisfaction of the
Director of Public Works.
2. Said work and improvement is more particularly described
as construction of a reinforced concrete underground test pit at
Fire Station No. 1, California Drive and Palm Drive, in the City
of Burlingame, California.
3. Said work and improvement be and the same is hereby
accepted.

foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the
City Council held on the 7th day of January, 1963, and
adopted thereafter by the following vote:
