EXHIBIT A
BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the northeasterly
right of way line of the Southern Pacific Railroad Company with the
southeasterly boundary line of the City of Millbrae, said point of
intersection being the most southerly corner of Parcel 2, "Exhibit B",
as said parcel was annexed to the City of Millbrae by that certain
STATEMENT OF CHANGE OF BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF MILLBRAE", dated
January 29th, 1954, Records of the City of Millbrae, said point also being
in the boundary of the City of Millbrae as described in Resolution No, 3158
declaring the City of Millbrae Incorporated, adopted January 13th, 1948. by
the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo; thence from said
point of beginning leaving the southerly corner of said Parcel 2, along
said boundary of the City of Millbrae (Resolution No, 3158) as follows:
South 38' 59' 30" East 147,54 feet, more or less, to the beginning of a
curve to the left said curve having a radius of 2759.93 feet through a
central angle of 23° 12' 30" for a distance of 1117.94 feet; thence South
62 degrees 12 minutes East 1397,90 feet; thence South 59 degrees 51 minutes
east 610.51 feet; thence South 62 degrees 12 minutes East 1264.17 feet;
thence leaving said northeasterly line of the Southern Pacific Company
and running South 36 degrees 45 minutes West to the intersection of the
southwesterly line of the electric railway right of way that was formerly
known as the Market Street Railway Company and is now known as the Munici-
pal Railway; thence running northwesterly along said southwesterly line of
the electric railway to its intersection with the northwesterly line of
that certain tract of land as designated on that certain map entitled
"BURLINGAME VILLAGE, BURLINGAME, CALIFORNIA", which map was filed for
record in the Office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of
California, December 18th, 1940, in Book 23 of Maps at Pages 31 and 32
thereof; thence leaving last mentioned northwesterly line and said boundary
of the City of Millbrae as described in Resolution No. 3158, in a general
northwesterly direction along the southwesterly line of said Electric
Railway right of way and the present corporate limits line common to the
City of Millbrae and the City of Burlingame, a distance of 1900 feet, more
or less, to the intersection thereof with the most easterly corner of
Parcel 3 "Exhibit C" as said parcel was annexed to the City of Millbrae
by the herein mentioned "STATEMENT OF CHANGE OF BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF
MILLBRAE" dated January 24th, 1954; thence northeasterly In a direct line
165 feet, more or less, to the most southerly corner of the first mentioned
Parcel 2, "Exhibit B", and the point of beginning,
