AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE TRANSFER
OF CERTAIN PERSONAL PROPERTY TO THE SAN
MATEO CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the City Manager, upon advice of the Director
of Public Works, has advised this Council that the personal prop-
erty particularly described in Exhibit A attached to this 'Resolu-
tion, incorporated herein, and made a part hereof, is damaged,
and in consequence is surplus, and is no longer needed for any
municipal purpose; and
WHEREAS, said personal property can be used by the San
Mateo City School District in its physical education program and
has therefore requested the same of the City of Burlingame; and
WHEREAS, this Council has been fully advised in this
matter;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, FOUND AND
DETERMINED that said personal property is surplus and is damaged
and is no longer needed for any municipal purpose and that it is
convenient and proper that said personal property be disposed of
for the common benefit by transfer to the San Mateo City School
District;
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the City Manager be, and he is
hereby, authorized and directed to transfer said personal prop-
erty to the San Mateo City School District.

that the foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular meeting
- 1 -
of the City Council held on the 17th day of December
1962, and adopted thereafter by the following vote:

Noes: Councilmen: None
Absent Councilmen: Johnson
