AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF QUITCLAIM DEED TO FOLO DEVELOPMENT
CO., INC., A CORPORATION
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame, and
it is hereby ordered, that CHARLES F. SCHWALM, as City Manager of
the City of Burlingame, sign, acknowledge, execute and deliver on
behalf of said City a quitclaim deed to the hereafter described re
property to FOLO DEVELOPMENT CO., INC., a Corporation.
Said real property is situated in the City of Burlingame,
ty of San Mateo, State of California, and is particularly
iescribed as:
PORTION of Lot 10, Block 1, as designated on the map
entitled "MAP NO. 2 OF BURLINGAME TERRACE BURLINGAME
CALIFORNIA", which map was filed in the office of the
Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California
on January 3, 1911 in Book 7 of Maps at page 38, more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeasterly corner of said Lot 10;
thence from said point of beginning North 27 degrees
30' East alongg the Southeasterly line thereof 90 feet;
thence North 62 degrees 30' West parallel with the
Northeasterly line of said Lot, a distance of 50 feet
to the Northwesterly line thereof; thence along the
Northwesterly line of said Lot 10, South 27 degrees 30'
West 90 feet to the Northeasterly line of Edgehill Drive
as shown on the above mentioned map; thence South 62
degrees 30' East, along the last mationed line, 50 feet
to the point of beginning.

reby certify that the foregoing resolution was introduced and
pted at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 17th
