AUTHORIZING SALE OF SURPLUS PERSONAL PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the City Manager, has advised this Council that the
ersonal property hereinafter described is no longer needed for any
municipal purpose and has recommended that it be sold; and
WHEREAS, this Council has been fully advised in the matter,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, FOUND AND DIRECTED that
the said personal property is no longer needed for any municipal
purpose, that it is surplus property and that it is necessary,
convenient and proper that said personal property be disposed of
by sale for the common benefit;
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the City Manaager be, and he is hereby,
authorized and directed to sell said property to the hignest bidder
-)r bidders and to execute and deliver the necessary or proper
instrument of title to the purchaser or purchasers.
Said personal property is described as a Wooden Police Dispatch
7onsole presently situated in the old Police Station.

I, Herbert K. White, City Clerk, do hereby certify that the
foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the
City Council held on the 20th day of August , 1962,
and adopted thereafter by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen: Johnson, Lorenz, Martin
Noes: Councilmen: None
Absent Councilmen: Crosby, Morgan
