RESOLUTION N0. 45 - 62
?XSOLUTION DECLARING INTENTION TO VACATE
AND ABANDON DRAINAGE EASEMENT OVER LOT 20,
KENMAR TERRACE, BURLINGAME, CALIFORNIA
PESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame;
1. That the public interest and convenience require
and that it is the intention of said Council to vacate, abandon
and close a certain drainage easement hereinafter described.
2. That the said drainage easement which said Council
intends to vacate is described as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the
City of Burlingame, County of San Mateo, State of
California, more particularly described as follows:
A strip of land six feet (6') in width, lying
at right angles three feet (3') on each side
of the following described centerline:
BEGINNING at a point distant South 34° 16' 3011
Wiest 3.00 feet, North 55' 43' 30" west 8.90
feet, and North 33° 22' 10" West 11.20 feet
from the most southeasterly common corner of
Lots 20 and 21, as said lots are shown on that
certain map entitled "Kenmar Terrace Burlingame,
California", which map is filed in Volume 36 of
Maps at page 25, Official -Records of San Mateo
County; thence from said point of beginning
North 33® 22' 10" West 55.00 feet.
3. For a particular description of said drainage ease-
ment to be vacated hereunder, reference is hereby made to that
certain map or plan on file in the office of the City Clerk of
the City of Burlingame, entitled "Plat of Relocation of Culvert
and Drainage Easement, Lot 20, Kenmar Terrace, Burlingame,
California".

4. That the City Council hereby elects to proceed
under the Public Service Easements Vacation Law, Sections 50430
through 50445 of the Government Code of the State of California.

5. Notice is hereby given that Tuesday . the
44th day of September , 1962, at 8 o'clock M.,
at the Council Chambers of the City Council in the City Hall, in
the City of Burlingame, is hereby fixed as the time and place of
hearing of persons interested in the proposed vacation of said
easement.
6. The Clerk of said City shall cause this resolution
to be published once in the Advance -Star, a newspaper of general
circulation published and circulated in said City, which said
newspaper is designated for that purpose.
7. The City Engineer of said City shall cause to be
posted conspicuously along the lines of those portions of said
drainage easement proposed to be vacated at least 3 notices of
vacation, not more than 300 feet apart, stating the time and
place of hearing and the passage of this resolution.

Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
6th day of August 1962, and adopted thereafter by
the following vote:
