RESOLUTION NO. 32-62
A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO MAKE CHANGES
AND MODIFICATIONS
BURLINGAME AVENUE AREA OFFSTREET PARKING DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame, Cali-
fornia, that the public interest and convenience require, and that
it is the intention of said Council to make changes and modifications
in the acquisitions and improvements to be had pursuant to Resolution
of Intention No. 27 adopted by this Council on May 19, 1962, to wit:
1. Change and modify Parking Lot B by deleting Lots D and E
and adding Lots G and H, and the southeast 20 feet of Lot B, Block
11, Burlingame Land Co.
2. Change and modify Parking Lot C by adding an access strip
about 16 feet wide along the rear line of the parcels between
Burlingame Avenue and Donnelly Road from Primrose Road to the parking
lot.
3. Change and modify Parking Lot F by deleting Lot 6,
Block 7, Town of Burlingame.
4. Change and modify Parking Lot J by deleting Lot 13,
Block 5, Town of Burlingame.
5. Change and modify Parking Lot M by deleting the area
thereof and by adding a parcel about 100 feet on California Avenue
and Hatch Alley commencing 50 feet southeast of Burlingame Avenue.
6. Add Parking Lot N to consist of Lots 15 and 16, the
northwest one half of Lot 7 and the southeast one half of Lot 8,
Block 10, Town of Burlingame.
7. Provide a pedestrian lane to Parking Lots K and L from
Burlingame Avenue, to consist of the northeast 10 feet of Lot 7B,
Block 1, Town of Burlingame.
8. Modify the diagram by deleting parcel having a 50 foot
frontage in the southwest side of Primrose Road commencing 100 feet
qm
southeast of Howard Avenue, with a depth of 136.46 feet on the north-
west and about 121.78 feet on the southeast.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Monday, the 2nd day of July,
1962, at the hour of 8 o'clock P.M., Council Chambers, City Hall,
Burlingame, California, are hereby fixed as the time and place when
and where said Council will consider the matter of ordering said
changes and modifications and hearing all protests and persons in-
terested therein.
The City Clerk shall cause a copy of this resolution to be
published twice in The Advance -Star, a newspaper of general circu-
lation published in said City and the paper in which the Notice of
Improvement under said Resolution of Intention will be published,
the first publication to be at least ten days before said day of
hearing. He shall also post a copy of said notice on the City Hall
Bulletin Board.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Burlingame, California, at a meeting thereof
held on the 3_8th day of June _, 1962, by the follow-
ing vote:
