RESOLUTION N0, 35262
A RESOLUTION CREATING REVOLVING FUND
BROADWAY PARKING AND LIGHTING PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, that
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Burlingame has
adopted its Resolution No. 33-62 , A Resolution of Preliminary
Determination under Division 4 of the Streets and Highways Code,
on June 18, 1962 , 1962, for the purpose of instituting special
assessment proceedings for the improvement of certain streets,
public places and public ways in the city; and
WHEREAS, the public interest, convenience and necessity
will be served thereby;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, DETERMINED and ORDERED,
as follows:
1. That the City of Burlingame "Broadway Parking and
Lighting Project Revolving Fund" be, and it is hereby, created.
2. The sum of Two Thousand
Dollars ($ 2,000.00 ) shall be, and it is hereby ordered to
be, transferred from the City of Burlingame Parking Meter
Fund to said revolving fund herein created, to be reimbursed
from the proceeds of cash collections or from the proceeds of
assessment bonds in any special assessment proceedings consum-
mated for the construction and installation of said improvements.
3. The monies in said revolving fund will be expended for
the purpose of providing necessary engineering studies and ser-
vices incidental to the construction of said public improvements.
4. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby, authorized
and instructed to file a certified copy of this resolution with
the City Treasurer of the City of Burlingame.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct
copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Burlingame, California, at a meeting thereof held on the
18th day of June , lg 62, by the following vote:
