RESCINDING RESOLUTION N0. 6-62 ADOPTED
FEBR,UARY 5, 1962, AND REVOKING PERMIT
TO THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC COMPANY, A
CORPORATION, TO CONSTRUCT AND OPERATE
A SPUR TRACK ACROSS DAVID ROAD
RESOLVED by i:he City Council of the City of Burlingame,
and it is hereby ordered, that:
1. Resolution No. 6-62 entitled "AUTHO�'IZING THE
EXECUTION AND ISSUANCE OF A PERMIT TO THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC
COMPANY, A CORPORATION, TO CONSTRUCT AND OPERATE A SPUR TRACK
ACROSS DAVID ROAD", be, and the same is hereby, rescinded.
2. The permit heretofore issued pursuant to the
authority of said ".esolution 6-62 to the Southern Pacific Company,
a Corporation, to construct and operate a spur track across David
Road be, and the same is hereby, revoked.

I, Herbert K. White, City Clerk, do hereby certify that
the foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council held on the - day of May, 1962, and
adopted thereafter by the following vote:
