RESOLUTION NO. 14-62 AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF ACCEPTANCE OF REVOCABLE PEE1VIIT ISSUED BY THE SAN FRANCISCO WATER DEPARTMENT FOR THE WIDENING OF CALIFORNIA DRIVE UPON A PORTION OF LANDS UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF SAID WATER DEPARTMENT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame, California, that: 1. That certain Revocable Permit issued by the San Francisco Water Department under authorization of the Public Utilities Commission of the City and County of San Francisco as set forth in its Resolution No. 21787 dated January 16, 1962, and ail the terms and conditions of said Revocable Permit, a copy of which is attached hereto, incorporated herein and made a part hereof as if fully set forth herein, be accepted. Said Revocable Permit authorizes the widening of California Drive on, over and along lands under the jurisdiction of the San Francisco Water Department. 2. The Mayor be and he is hereby authorized for and on behalf of the City of Burlingame and its.City Council to execute an acceptance of said Revocable Permit: ayor I, Herbert K. This permit shall not become effective until receipt by the Water Department of a copy of this. penes" with properly signed endorsement accepting the permit subject to the conditions contained herer 2. This grant of permission does not constitute a deed or grant of an easement by the City, is not tiem ferable or assignable, and is revocable at any time at the will of the Public Utilities Commission, 3. The use of said property by said permittee shall he limited solely to the purposes set forth by this re: mit and no structures of any kind, except those expressly permitted, shall be erected or placed thereon. 4. This extension pertains to Permit issued under Resolution 21,1787 dated January l6, 1962, which was sent to you on January 22, 1962. Will you please have the permit property executed and_ return all copies to this office for completion. When the per7,it has been completely executed, we will return one copy to you for your records. BRUCATO Superintendent d Agricultural and Land Division JG: B: JG PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION CITY AND COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO RESOLUT?ON No - WHEREAS, Resolution No. 21,78'f adopted January 16, 1962 authorized the issuance of a Water Department Revocable Permit to the City of Burlingame, covering per- mission to occupy that portion of the former Municipal Railway right of way extending between Broadway and Oak Grove Avenue for landscaping and off-street parking, including the right to widen the adjoining California Drive Twenty (20) feet and; WHEREAS, The City of Burlingame new desires to widen said drive to Twenty -Seven (27) feet instead of the Twenty (20) feet previously requested; THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That this Commission hereby authorizes the widening of said portion of California Drive to a width of Twenty -Seven (27) feet; all other re- servations and conditions of said permit remaining in effect. 1 hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was adopted by the Puhlic Utilities Commission at its meeting of
