CERTAIN POLICE IPEPARTM NT RECORDS
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, that, pursuant to See. 34090 of the Government Code of
the State of California, the Chief' of Police of this City be, and
he is hereby, authorized to destroy the following records, document
instruments, cooks and papers in the possession of the Police
Department of this City, to -wit:
Accident Reports
utomotive and Equipment ;,pork ,Sheets
Department Copies of Purchase Orders and. Requisitions
Miscellaneous Reports (icon -Criminal)
Vehicle Reports, CHP Form '1.80
.Bicycle Reports
Obsolete and. T'seless Correspondence
Miscellaneous
Norse of said records, documents, instruments, books or
papers constitute records affecting the title to real property or
liens thereon, court records, records to be required by statute,
or minutes, ordinances or resolutions of the City Council or of
any City }3oard or Commission.
All of said records, documents, instruments, books and
papers are five years old or over.
