ACCEPTING WORK RESURFACING EDGEHILL DRIVE AND OTHER
SECONDARY CITY STREETS - JOB NO. 61-17
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, and it does hereby FIND, ORDER, and DETERMINE that:
1. The City Manager and the Director of Public Works of
said City having certified that the work and improvement done by
THERMA-BOND ASPHALT CORP., a corporation, under the terms of this
contract with the City of Burlingame dated October 23, 1961, has
been completed in accordance with the terms of said contract and
in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared and
approved by this Council therefor and to the satisfaction of the
Director of Public Works.
2. Said work and improvement is more particulazV
described as resurfacing Edgehill Drive and other secondary City
streets approximating 365,5d2 square feet of pavement with three -
(quarter inch (3/4") dense grade three -eights inch (3/8") P.m.
asphalt concrete.
3. Said work and improvement be, and the same is hereby
accepted.

I, Herbert K. White, City Clerk, do hereby certify that
the foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular meeting
of the City Council held on the third day of January ,
11962, and adopted by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen: Byrd, Johnson, Martin, Morgan
Noes: Councilmen: None
Absent Councilmen: Lorenz
