RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
ADOPTING BUDGET PROPOSAL FOR EXPENDITURES OF FUNDS ALLOCATED
UNDER SECTION 2107.5 OF THE STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE
WHEREAS, a Master Agreement has been presented to be
entered into between the State of California and the City of
Burlingame for the expenditure of the Engineering Allocation to
Cities, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said Agreement
in full and is familiar with the contents thereof; and
WHEREAS, a budget proposal for the expenditure of funds
allocated under Section 2107.5 of the Streets and Highways Code for
the fiscal year ending June 30, 1963, has been prepared for present-
ation to the State of California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Burlingame that said budget proposal be and is hereby
adopted as the budget of proposed expenditures of the Engineering
Allocation to Cities, and said budget proposal be and the same is
hereby approved and the City Enizinegr_is directed to sign
the same on behalf of said City, said budget proposal to be binding
upon the City upon its approval by the authorized officials of the
State.
