RESOLUTION NO. 125-65
A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS ON SALE OF IMPROVEMENT BONDS
BURLINGAME AVENUE STREET LIGHTING PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,)
California, that
1. The City Clerk of said City be, and he is hereby,
directed to call for bids for the sale of improvement bonds
to be issued pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 42-65
adopted by this Council on May 3, 1965• Said notice in form
to be prepared by Wilson, Jones, Morton & Lynch, shall be given
by the Clerk causing copies thereof to be mailed to the various
banks and bond houses interested in the purchase of such bonds
at least ten days before the date of sale of said bonds. Said
bids are to be received at 8:00 o'clock P.M. on December 20,
1965.
2. The City will furnish the legal opinion of the
law firm of Wilson, Jones, Morton & Lynch, San Mateo, California,,
unqualifiedly approving the legality of the proceedings and
the issuance of said bonds.

correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Burlingame, California, at a meeting
thereof held on the Y 6th day of ! December
1965 , by the following vote:
