Date: 06.04.01iL' a Lv-L� Marg"Monr , City Pla er 1J �" RESOLUTION APPROVING CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS FOR AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE RESOLUTION 45-2001— RESOLVED, by the Planning Commission of the City of Burlingame that: WHEREAS, a categorical exemption has been proposed and application has been made for conditional use permits for an accessory structure for construction of a new garage with home office and artist's studio with windows within 10' of property line at 1433 Sanchez Avenue, zoned R-2, Jennifer Hayden and William Ryan property owners, APN: 026-223-130; WHEREAS, said matters were heard by the Planning Commission of the City of Burlingame on May 29, 2001 , at which time it reviewed and considered the staff report and all other written materials and testimony presented at said hearing; NOW, THEREFORE, it is RESOLVED and DETERMINED by this Planning Commission that: 1. On the basis of the Initial Study and the documents submitted and reviewed, and comments received and addressed by this commission, it is hereby found that there is no substantial evidence that the project set forth above will have a significant effect on the environment, and categorical exemption, per Article 19, Section15303, New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures Class 3 (e), Accessory (appurtenant)structures including garages,carports,patios, swimming pools and fences is hereby approved. 2. Said conditional use permits for an accessory structure is approved, subject to the conditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. Findings for such conditional use permits for an accessory structure are as set forth in the minutes and recording of said meeting. 3. It is further directed that a certified copy of this resolution be recorded in the official records of the County of San Mateo.
