Date: A 06.05.01 eitvargaretonroe, PlannIr / RESOLUTION APPROVING CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT RFSOLUTION (mMU RESOLVED,by the Planning Commission of the City of Burlingame that: WHEREAS, a categorical exemption has been proposed and application has been made for a conditional use permit for a real estate use at 1870 El Camino Real Suite 100 zoned C-1 Prime Plaza LLC property owners,APN: 025-150-190; WHEREAS,said matters were heard by the Planning Commission of the City of Burlingame on May 29, 2001, at which time it reviewed and considered the staff report and all other written materials and testimony presented at said hearing; NOW, THEREFORE, it is RESOLVED and DETERMINED by this Planning Commission that: 1. On the basis of the Initial Study and the documents submitted and reviewed, and comments received and addressed by this commission, it is hereby found that there is no substantial evidence that the project set forth above will have a significant effect on the environment, and categorical exemption, per CEQA Article 19, Categorically Exempt per Section: 15301 - Existing Facilities, Class 1(a), Interior or exterior alterations involving such things as interior partitions, plumbing, and electrical conveyances, is hereby approved. 2. Said conditional use permit is approved, subject to the conditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. Findings for such conditional use permit are as set forth in the minutes and recording of said meeting. 3. It is further directed that a certified copy of this resolution be recorded in the official records of the County of San Mateo. I,Joseph Bojues, Secretary of the Planning Commission of the City of Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission held on the 29th day of May, 2001B*69 640611gKoighran, Osterling, Auran and Vistica AYES:COMMISSIONERS: NONE NOES:COMMISSIONERS: Luzuriaga ABSENT: COMMISSIONERS: I ECRET Y �/ IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII�I�IIIII�I 07/05/2002 113098E R1 Page. 2 of q 1 EXHIBIT "A" Conditions of approval for conditional use permit 1870 El Camino Real, Suite 100 effective June 4,2001 1. that the tenant space shall be used as shown on the plans submitted to the Planning Department and date stamped April 6, 2001; the proposed use is a real estate office, which includes property management and real estate investment, with 2700 SF of office area located on the first floor in Suite 100 of the existing building at 1870 El Camino Real; that the existing 59 parking spaces on site shall be maintained and the area and the designated use for this real estate office shall be altered or expanded only with amendment to this conditional use permit; 2. that the tenant space shall be operated as shown on the commercial application form submitted to the Planning Department and date stamped April 6, 2001; that the business shall not be open for business except during the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with a maximum of 15 employees on site at one time, including the owner; and 3. that the project shall meet all the requirements of the California Building and Uniform Fire Codes, 1998 Edition, as amended by the City of Burlingame.
