A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH CAROLLO
ENGINEERS FOR THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY STRUCTURAL
ASSESSMENT AND DESIGN
CITY PROJECT NOS. 85160, 85170, AND 85180
RESOLVED, by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame, California which FINDS,
ORDERS and DETERMINES AS FOLLOWS:
1. The public interest and convenience require execution of the agreement cited in
the title above.
2. The City Manager is authorized to sign said agreement on behalf of the City of
Burlingame.
3. The City Clerk is instructed to attest such signature.

foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 171h
day of June, 2019 and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
