Date: 05.12.99 Marga t Monr e, "Pla RESOLUTION APPROVING CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION AND PARKING VARIANCE RESOLUTION-52-99 RESOLVED, by the Planning Commission of the City of Burlingame that: WHEREAS, a categorical exemption has been proposed and application has been made for a parking variance for a two and one-half story addition subject to design review at 1420 Edgehill Drive, zoned R-1, APN: 029-011-080, Tim and Anne Proctor, property owners; WHEREAS, said matters were heard by the Planning Commission of the City of Burlingame on April 26, 1999, at which time it reviewed and considered the staff report and all other written materials and testimony presented at said hearing; NOW, THEREFORE, it is RESOLVED and DETERMINED by this Planning Commission that: 1. On the basis of the Initial Study and the documents submitted and reviewed, and comments received and addressed by this commission, it is hereby found that there is no substantial evidence that the project set forth above will have a significant effect on the environment, and Categorical Exemption, per Article 19. Section: 15303 - Class 3 - construction and location of limited numbers of new, small facilities or structures including (a) single-family residences not in conjunction with the building of two or more such units is hereby approved. 2. Said parking variance and design review is approved, subject to the conditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. Findings for such parking variance and design review are as set forth in the minutes and recording of said meeting. 3. M 1420 EDGEHILL DRIVE 11a effective May 3, 1999 NN N�uo 1 m 1. that the project shall be built as shown on the plans submitted to the Planning Department 0m date stamped March 30, 1999,sheets Cl,C2,Dl,El,E2,and Al-A8 and that any changes pmj"a to the footprint or floor area of the building shall require an amendment to this permit; 2. that any changes to the size or envelope of the first or second floors, which would include adding or enlarging a dormer(s),moving or changing windows and architectural features or changing the roof height or pitch, shall be subject to design review; 3. that the requirements of the City Engineer's February 1, 1999 memo and the Chief Building Official's February 25, 1999 memo shall be met; 4. that any reconstruction of the garage shall meet code requirements; and c 5. that the project shall meet all the requirements of the California Building and Fire Codes, 1995 edition,as amended by the City of Burlingame.
