RESOLUTION APPROVING CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION
AND PARKING DIMENSION VARIANCE
RESO-122-99
RESOLVED, by the Planning Commission of the City of Burlingame that:
WHEREAS, a categorical exemption has been proposed and application has been made for a
parldne dimension variance to convert second floor offices from general office to health service use at
182_0 Ogden Drive, zoned C-3, Jerry Warren & Susan Fulleman, 2866 Hillside Drive, Burlingame�
proty owners, APN: 025-121-120;
WHEREAS, said matters were heard by the Planning Commission of the City of Burlingame on
_November 22, 1999 , at which time it reviewed and considered the staff report and all other written
materials and testimony presented at said hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is RESOLVED and DETERMINED by this Planning Commission that:
1. On the basis of the Initial Study and the documents submitted and reviewed, and comments
received and addressed by this commission, it is hereby found that there is no substantial evidence that the
project set forth above will have a significant effect on the environment, and categorical exemption, per
CEQA Article 19, Section 15301, existing facilities, Class 1(a), interior or exterior alterations involving
such things as interior partitions, plumbing, and electrical conveyances is hereby approved.
2. Said parking dimension variance is approved, subject to the conditions set forth in Exhibit
"A" attached hereto. Findings for such parking dimension variance are as set forth in the minutes and
recording of said meeting.
3. It is further directed that a certified copy of this resoluti be recorded in the official records
of the County of San Mateo.

certify that the foregoing resolution was introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Planning
Commission held on the 22nd day of November, 1999 , by the following vote:

Conditions of approval categorical exemption and parking dimension variance
1820 Ogden Drive
effective December 6, 1999
1. that the project shall be built as shown on the plans submitted to the Planning Department and
date stamped November 12, 1999, Sheet P 1, and date stamped November 5, 1999, Sheets P2
through P4;
2. that the health services may not be open for business except during the hours of 8:30 AM. to
9:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, closed on Saturday and Sunday, with no more than 15
employees and visitors on site at any one time;
3. that any changes to the hours of operation, number of employees on site, number of examining
rooms or office, square footage of the building t-Sd for health services or by this business, or
to the parking area including adding storage areas, electrical generators or any other
equipment, shall require an amendment to this permit;
4. that the conditions of the Fire Marshal's August 23, 1999 and November 8, 1999 memos and
the Chief Building Official's November 8, 1999 memo shall be met; and
5. that any improvements for the use shall meet 0 California Building and Fire Codes, 1998
Edition as amended by the City of Burlingame.
