Date: 06.6.00 -- Margar t Monroe, City Planner RESOLUTION APPROVING CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION for DESIGN REVIEW AND SPECIAL PERMIT FOR AN ATTACHED GARAGE RESOLUTION-140-2000 RESOLVED,by the Planning Commission of the City of Burlingame that: WHEREAS,a Categorical Exemption has been proposed and application has been made for a design review permit and special permit to remove an existing detached garage and construct an attached one-car gage at 1316 Cortez Avenue zoned R-1 Gina Blus and Mark O'Leary.proper1kowners7 APN7 026-022-200; WHEREAS,said matters were heard by the Planning Commission of the City of Burlingame on May 22. 2000,at which time it reviewed and considered the staff report and all other written materials and testimony presented at said hearing; NOW,THEREFORE,it is RESOLVED and DETERMINED by this Planning Commission that: 1. On the basis of the Initial Study and the documents submitted and reviewed,and comments received and addressed by this commission,it is hereby found that there is no substantial evidence that the project set forth above will have a significant effect on the environment,and Categorical Exemption,per CEQA Section 15303- -Existing Facilities,Class 3(e),construction and location of limited numbers of new,small facilities or structures including(e)accessory(appurtenant)structures including garages,carports,patios,swimming pools and fences is hereby approved. 2. Said design review permit and special permits are approved,subject to the conditions set forth in Exhibit"A"attached hereto. Findings for such design review permit and special permits as set forth in the minutes and recording of said meeting. 3.
