RESOLUTION APPROVING CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION
for DESIGN REVIEW AND SPECIAL PERMIT FOR HEIGHT,
AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR ACCESSORY STRUCURE
RESOLUTION-151-2000
RESOLVED, by the Planning Commission of the City of Burlingame that:
WHEREAS, a Categorical Exemption has been proposed and application has been made fora design
review Hermit special permit for height and conditional use Hermit for an accessory structure to construct a new
two-story residence at 1341 Cabrillo Avenue zoned R-1, Ron Grove, property owner, APN• 026-056-070;
WHEREAS, said matters were heard by the Planning Commission of the City of Burlingame on - July
10, 2000 , at which time it reviewed and considered the staff report and all other written materials and testimony
presented at said hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is RESOLVED and DETERMINED by this Planning Commission that:
1. On the basis of the Initial Study and the documents submitted and reviewed, and comments
received and addressed by this commission, it is hereby found that there is no substantial evidence that the project
set forth above will have a significant effect on the environment, and Categorical Exemption, per CEQA Section
15303 (Class 3a) is hereby approved.
2. Said design review permit is approved, subject to the conditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto. Findings for such design review permit as se forth in the minutes and recording of said meeting.
3. It is further directed that a certified copy this resolution fcordedin the official records of
the County of San Mateo.

Special Permit for Height and Conditional Use Permit for Accessory Structure at
1341 Cabrillo Avenue
effective August 7, 2000
1. that the project shall be built as shown on the plans submitted to the Planning Department date stamped
June 29, 2000, sheets A-lthrough A-5 including house sections, landscape plan and topographic survey;
2. that any changes to the size or envelope of the residence or garage, which would include changing the
size or location of windows, or changing the roof height or pitch, shall be subject to design review;
3. that the conditions of the Chief Building Official's April 18, 2000 memo and the Fire Marshal's April
24, 2000 memo shall be met; and
4. that the project shall meet all the requirements of the California Building and Fire Codes, 1998 edition, as
amended by the City of Burlingame.
