Date: 01.20.00 �f Margaret Monroe, City Planner RESOLUTION APPROVING 1 YEAR EXTENSION OF CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION, CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS AND SPECIAL PERMITS RESOLUTION=7-2000 RESOLVED,by the Planning Commission of the City of Burlingame that: WHEREAS,a categorical exemption has been proposed and application has been made for a one y� extension of the February 8, 1999 ai rn oval of two conditional use permits for windows more than 10' above grade(12pr seand for recreational ,se(work room,and two Special p=its for a gator structure in the rear 40%of the lot and greater than 28''n length(30' r000 P for construction of a new one-car garage at 1516 Forest View Avenue,zoned R-1,APN: 028-131-080;Christina Jp-Toma&Burt Toma;property owners; WHEREAS, said matters were heard by the Planning Commission of the City of Burlingame on January 10,2000,at which time it reviewed and considered the staff report and all other written materials and testimony presented at said hearing; NOW,THEREFORE,it is RESOLVED and DETERMINED by this Planning Commission that: 1. On the basis of the Initial Study and the documents submitted and reviewed,and comments received and addressed by this commission,it is hereby found that there is no substantial evidence that the project set forth above will have a significant effect on the environment, and Categorical Exemption,per Article 19, Section 15303, new construction or conversion of small structures Class 3 (e), accessory (appurtenant) structures including garages, carports, patios, swimming pools and fences is hereby approved. 2. Said one year extension of conditional use permits and special permits is approved,subject to the conditions set forth in Exhibit"A"attached hereto. Findings for one year extension are as set forth in the minutes and recording of said meeting. 3. It is further directed that a certified copy of this resolution be recorded inthe sial records of the County of San Mateo.
