Margaret Monroe, City Planner RESOLUTION APPROVING NEGATIVE DECLARATION AND DETERMINATION OF GENERAL PLAN CONSISTENCY RESOLUTION-32 -2000 RESOLVED , by the Planning Commission of the City of Burlingame that: WHEREAS , a negative declaration has been proposed and a request has been made for a determination of general plan consistency for the proposed acquisition of property by the City of Burlingame to construct a City parking lot at 1140 Laguna Avenue, zoned R-3 , Diane Dougherty, property owner, APN: 026- 192-210; WHEREAS , said matters were heard by the Planning Commission of the City of Burlingame on January 31 , 2000 , at which time it reviewed and considered the staff report and all other written materials and testimony presented at said hearing; NOW, THEREFORE, it is RESOLVED and DETERMINED by this Planning Commission that: 1 . On the basis of the Initial Study and the documents submitted and reviewed, and comments received and addressed by this commission, it is hereby found that there is no substantial evidence that the project set forth above will have a significant effect on the environment, and Negative Declaration No. 508-P is hereby approved. 2. The proposed project has been determined to be consistent with the land use designation and policies of the City of Burlingame General Plan. Findings for such determination of general plan consistency are as set forth in the minutes and recording of said meeting. 3 . It is further directed that a certified copy of this resolution be recorded in the official records of the County of San Mateo.
