RESOLUTION NO. 165-64
AWARDING CONTRACT FOR CITY SIDEWALK REPAIR
PROGRAM 1964-1965, JOB NO. 64-23.
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the invitation of
bids for the City Sidewalk Repair Program for the year 1964-1965;
and
WHEREAS, on December 21, 1964, all bids received were opened
before the Director of Public Works; and
WHEREAS, KUNZ PAVING COMPANY, a corporation, submitted the
lowest responsible bid for doing said work for the sum of $13,325.0
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and it is hereby ordered that
the bid of KUNZ PAVING COMPANY, a corporation, for the sum of
$13,325.00 be, and the same is hereby, accepted;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a contract be entered into
between the successful bidder hereinabove referred to and The City
of Burlingame for the performance of said work of repair, and that
the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized for and on
behalf of The City of Burlingame to execute said contract.

I, Herbert K. White, City Clerk of The City of Burlingame,
do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was introduced at
a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 21st day of
December, 1964, and adopted thereafter by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen: Crosby-Diederichsen-George-Martin.
Noes: Councilmen: None
Absent Councilmen: Johnson.
