APPROVING THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED
TERRITORY, DESIGNATED ''SKYLINE BOULEVARD, SEGMENT
1" TO THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
WHEREAS, on the 7th day of December, 1964, the Council of thei
City of Burlingame did pass and adopt Resolution No. 164-64 giving,
notice of the proposal to annex certain uninhabited territory to
the City of Burlingame, said territory being therein designated asj
"SKYLINE BOULEVARD, SEGMENT 1", said Resolution describing the
boundaries of the territory proposed to be annexed; and

WHEREAS, the owner of all of the land in the territory pro-
posed to be annexed has filed its written consent to the proposed

annexation; and

WHEREAS, said Resolution No. 164-64 did contain a notice of
the day, hour and place when and where the Council of the City
would hear protests of any person owning real property in the
City of Burlingame and not owning property in the territory pro-
posed to be annexed, the time of said hearing being not more than
30 days from the passage of said Resolution; and
WHEREAS, notice of said hearing was duly published and

mailed as required by §35310.1 of the Government Code of the State,
of California; and
WHEREAS, on the 21st day of December, 1964, at the hour of
8:00 P.M., in the Council Chambers in the City Hall of the City
of Burlingame, County of San Mateo, State of California, said
time and place being the day, hour and place fixed in said
Resolution No. 164-64 for hearing protests to the said annexation;,,
and
WHEREAS, at the time of said hearing no person owning any
real property within the City of Burlingame appeared or objected
to such proposed annexation or showed cause why such territory
should not be annexed as proposed; and

WHE , said territory is contiguous to the City of Burlin-
game, an is uninhabited territory in the County of San Mateo,
NOW, THEREFORE, the said City Council of the City of

�I Burlingame does hereby approve the annexation of the territory �
hereinafter described to the City of Burlingame, and does hereby
ordain that the said territory be and it is hereby annexed to the

City of Burlingame.

The said territory, the annexation of which to the City of
Burlingame is hereby approved, is all that territory situate in
the County of San Mateo, State of California, more particularly
described as follows:
A strip of land in the County of San Mateo, State of
i California, 40' in width lying easterly and northeasterly
of and contiguous with and measured at right angle to
the centerline of that right-of-way of the California
State Highway, known as the Skyline Boulevard, 80' in
width, beginning with the northwesterly line of annexa-
tion of 'Skyline Manor" as described in Ordinance No.
II 466 of the City of Burlingame, County of San Mateo,
State of California, published June 25, 1948, and as
monumented by a concrete monument "ME 24.1311T2 said
40' strip extending northwesterly from the northwesterly
line of skyline Manor approximately 2640 feet to the
northwesterly City limits line extended across the
right-of-way line, and ending at the northwesterly
boundary line of said City of Burlingame, extended

foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the
