- RESOLUTION NO. 1bN-64
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF ACCESS PERMIT, LOT 27,
BLOCK 15 BURLINGAME GROVE
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame, and
it is hereby ordered, that the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized and directed to execute, acknowledge and deliver, on
behalf of the City of Burlingame, an Access Permit over, upon and
across Lot 27, Block 15, Burlingame Grove, according to the pro-
visions and terms of the copy of said Access Permit attached to,
incorporated in, and made a part of this resolution as fully as
if set forth herein in full.
RESOLVED, further, that the City Clerk be, and he is hereby,
authorized and directed to attest the signature of the City Manager
and to acknowledge the execution of said Access Permit.

foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the
City Council held on the 215t day of December 1964 , and
adopted thereafter by the following votes:

The City of Burlingame, a municipal Corporation,, does hereby
grant to the awaul:s of the following described real property
situated in the City of Burlingame, County of San t4ateo, state
of California:
Lots 281, 29 and 30 in Block 15, as designated on the
map entiticad "NAP OF BURLINCIANE GROVE SAN MATEO CO.
CALIFORNIA (BEING PART OF BURI-BURI RANCHO)" which
map rjas filed in the office of the Recorder of the
County of SSan Mateo. State of California on July 16,
1906 in Book "B" of *daps at page 30, copied into
Book 4 of maps at page 46.
as said owners may appear of record in the office of the County
Recorder of the County of San Mateo,, State of California,
AN TRnVWABLE PERMIT for the period commencing January 1,
1965, and ending rx-cember 31, 1984, for themselves, their tenants,
invitees and licensees, as pedestrians or as drivers of motor
vehicles, to cross and recross over certain 'real property owned
by the City of Burlingame an4 situated in the City of Burlingame,
County of San Mateo, State of California, particularly described
as follows:
Lot 27, Block 15, as said lot and block are shown on
the map hereinabove designated.
at such locations as the said City may designate from time to
PROVIDED, HWEVER.9 that access to said Lot 29, Block 15,
from said Lot 27, Shock 15, shall be over,, upon and across the
boundary line between Lots 27 and 29, Block 15, and shall be
situated as follows

Comencing at a point on the boundary line between
Lot 27,, Block 15, and Lots 28 and 29, Block 15, as
said lots and block are shown on the map hereinabove
designated, distant 51 feet easterly from the
southvmsterly corner of said Lot 27, and running
thence easterly along said boundary line a distance
of. 12 feet
and that access from Lot 279 Block 15, to Lot 302 Block 152 shall
be over, upon and across the boundary line betuven said Lots 27
and 30 and shall be situated as follows:
Commencio at a point on the boundary line between
Lot 27, Btock 15, and Lots 28, 29 and 30, Block 15.,
as said lots and block are shown on the map herein -
above designated, distant 107 feet easterly from the
southwesterly corner of said Lot 27, and running
thence easterly along said boundary line a distance
of 12 feet
and that neither of the two access locations hereinabove desig-
riated way be relocated by said City during the term of the permit
hereln granted.
