ACCEPTING SHOP BUILDING AT THE BURLINGAME CORPORATION
YARD -- JOB N0. 32-64
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, and it does hereby FIND, ORDER AND DETERMINE that:
(1) E. L. Norberg, Architect, and the Director of Public
Works of said City have certified that the work and improvement
done by TANKLAGE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC., a corporation,
under the terms of its contract with the City of Burlingame dated
May 20 , 1964, has been completed in accordance with the terms
of said contract and in accordance with the plans and specifica-
tions prepared and approved by this Council therefor and to the
satisfaction of said Architect and the Director of Public Works.
(2) Said work and improvement is more particularly described
as the construction of a shop building at the Burlingame Cor-
poration Yard.
(3) Said work and improvement be, and the same is hereby,
accepted.

I, Herbert K. White, City Cler4, do hereby certify that the
foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the
City Council held on the 16th day of November, 1964, and adopted
thereafter by the following votes:
Ayes: Diederichsen-George-Johnson-Martin.
Noes: None
Absent Councilmen: Crosby
