AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A GRANT DEED TO
PARKING LOT 1-G TO THE PENINSULA NATIONAL
BANK OF BURLINGAME
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
and it is hereby ordered that the City Manager, be, and he is
hereby, authorized and directed to acknowledge, execute and
deliver a grant deed to Parking Lot 1-G to the Peninsula National
Bank of Burlingame, a national banking association.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be, and he is
hereby, authorized and directed to attest the signature of the
City Manager and to acknowledge the execution of said deed.
I, Herbert K. White, City Clerk, do hereby certify that the
foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the
City Council held on the 16th day of November, 1964, and adopted
thereafter by the following votes:
Ayes: Councilmen: Diederich sen-George-Johnson-Martin.
Noes: Councilmen: None
Absent Councilmen: Crosby
