RESOLUTION NO. 133 -64
A RESOLUTION REDUCING CERTAIN ASSESSMENTS
BAYSIDE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, that the following proposed assessments, levied
pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 94-64 adopted by this
Council on July 20, 1964, are hereby reduced, as follows:

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Engineer of Work shall
make said changes on the face of the assessment roll filed
with the City Clerk as part of the Engineer's report under
said Resolution of Intention, or by filing a supplement thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true
and correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Burlingame, California, at a
meeting thereof held on the 5th day of October
1964, by the following vote:
