RESOLUTION NO. 134 -64
A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO MAKE CHANGES
AND MODIFICATIONS
BAYSIDE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Burlingame, California, that the public interest, convenience
and necessity require and that it is the intention of said
Council to make changes and modifications in the assessment
filed pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 94-64 adopted
by this Council on July 20, 1964, by increasing assessment
number 42, as follows, to wit:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the public interest,
convenience and necessity require and that it is the inten-
tion of said Council to make changes and modifications in the
plans and specifications for said work, to substitute the
plans, profiles and specifications prepared by the Engineer
of Work and on file in the office of the City Engineer and
approved by said City Engineer, in place of the original
plans and specifications for the portion of the work described
as Schedules 1 and 2, to which reference is hereby made and
which shall govern for all details thereof, and which are
hereby preliminarily approved.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Monday, the 2nd day of
November, 1964, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M. in the
regular meeting place of said Council, Council Chambers,
City Hall, Burlingame, California, are hereby fixed as the
time and place when and where said Council will consider the
matter of making said changes and modifications and hearing
all protests and persons interested therein.

The City Clerk of said City shall cause a copy of
this resolution to be published once in the Burlingame
Advance -Star, a newspaper of general circulation published
in said City, and the paper in which the Notice of Improve-
ment under said Resolution of Intention was published, and
to be mailed to all property owners where assessments are
increased, said publication to be at least ten days before
said day of hearing, and said mailing to be at least twenty
days prior to said hearing date.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true
and correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Burlingame, California, at
a meeting thereof held on the 5th day of October
1964, by the following vote:
