RESOLUTION NO. 135-64
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ATTORNEY OF RECORD
TO ACCEPT QUIT CLAIM DEEDS
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, that John E. Lynch of the law firm of Wilson,
Harzfeld, Jones & Morton, who, along with the City Attorney
of the City of Burlingame, are attorneysof record for the
City of Burlingame, in that certain action entitled, "CITY OF
BURLINGAME v. ELSIE E. BARDET, et al.," Action no. 103119, in the
Superior Court of the State of California, in and for the County
of San Mateo, be and he is, hereby designated as the agent for
the City of Burlingame with power to accept on its behalf, and
to have recorded, quit claim deeds to the several parcels of
land, and each of them, included within and more particularly
described in said condemnation action.
