ACCEPTING INSTALLiiTION OF FENCE AND BACKSTOP
AT ALCAZAR PARK
JOB NO. 64-28
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, and it does hereby FIND, ORDER AND DETERMINE that:
(1) The City Manager and the Director of Public Works of
said City have certified that the work and construction done by
SAN JOSE STEEL COMPPANY, INC., a corporation, under the terms of
its contract with the City of Burlingame dated October 18, 1964,
have been completed in accordance with the terms of said contract
and in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared and
approved by this Council therefor and to the satisfaction of the
Director of Public Works.
(2) Said work and construction are more particularly des-
cribed as: Construction and installation of approximately 505.0
lineal feet of 10-feet-high chain link fence; 561.0 lineal feet
of 6-feet-high chain link fence; two 6-feet-high 12-feet-wide
double gates; and a sawtooth backdrop.
(3) Said work and construction be and the same are hereby
accepted.

I, Herbert K. White, City Clerk, do hereby certify that the
foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the
City Council held on the 5th day of October, 1964, and adopted
thereafter by the following votes:
Ayes: Councilmen: Crosby-Diederichsen-Johnson-Martin.
Noes: Councilmen: None
Absent Councilmen: George
