ACCEPTING CALIFORNIA DRIVE WIDENING
OAK GROVE AVENUE TO NORTH LANE
JOB NO. 63-24 S.S. 98
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, and it does hereby FIND, ORDER AND DETERMINE that:
1. The City Manager and the Director of Public Works of
said City have certified that the work and construction done by
L. C. SMITH COMPANY, a corporation, under the terms of its contract
with the City of Burlingame dated July 13, 1964, have been com-
pleted in accordance with the terms of said contract and in accord-
ance with the plans and specifications prepared and approved by t
this Council therefor and to the satisfaction of the Director of
Public Works.
2. Said work and construction are more particularly de-
scribed as: Widening California Drive from Oak Grove Avenue to
North Lane from 46-foot street to 64-foot width for a length of
1750 lineal feet, including curb, gutter, pavement and appurtenant
storm drainage works.
3. Said work and construction be and the same are hereby
accepted.
